Las lentejas son una de las mejores fuentes de carbohidratos complejos para personas con diabetes por su alto contenido de fibra soluble. La zanahoria aporta betacarotenos y dulzor natural, y la c\u00farcuma tiene propiedades antiinflamatorias.
