Acompa\u00f1ado con una colorida mezcla de vegetales asados, aporta prote\u00ednas magras, fibra y antioxidantes que ayudan a mantener estables los niveles de glucosa. Es una receta completa, balanceada y perfecta para disfrutar en familia sin preocuparse por los excesos t\u00edpicos de las fiestas.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes (4 porciones)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1.1 kg pechuga de pavo sin piel (\u2248 275 g por porci\u00f3n)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g zanahorias peque\u00f1as, troceadas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g cebolla, en cuartos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g col verde (repollo), picado<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cdta (5 ml) aceite de oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cdita sal (ajustar al gusto, se sugiere baja en sodio)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cdita pimienta negra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cdita tomillo seco<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Precalienta el horno a 190 \u00b0C (375 \u00b0F).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Engrasa ligeramente una fuente para horno con spray anti-adherente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coloca las zanahorias, cebolla y col en la fuente, a\u00f1ade aceite, sal, pimienta y tomillo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mezcla.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coloca la pechuga de pavo encima de las verduras.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Asa durante 1 hora aproximadamente o hasta que la carne alcance 74 \u00b0C (165 \u00b0F) y los vegetales est\u00e9n tiernos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deja reposar 5 minutos antes de cortar.
