Al sustituir la tortilla por hojas de lechuga se reduce el \u00edndice gluc\u00e9mico, favoreciendo el control de la glucosa. La pechuga de pollo aporta prote\u00edna magra que ayuda a la saciedad y al cuidado muscular, mientras que el aguacate brinda grasas saludables que benefician al coraz\u00f3n y aportan energ\u00eda estable.
