Sin embargo, muchas de sus versiones comerciales o caseras suelen estar cargadas de az\u00facar y almidones refinados que pueden afectar los niveles de glucosa en personas con diabetes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta receta te presento una versi\u00f3n m\u00e1s saludable de atole de avena con canela, sin az\u00facar a\u00f1adida, rica en fibra y con ingredientes naturales que nutren sin elevar bruscamente el az\u00facar en sangre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes (1 porci\u00f3n)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00bc de taza de avena en hojuelas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 taza de leche baja en grasa o vegetal sin az\u00facar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd taza de agua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 raja de canela (o \u00bc cucharita de canela en polvo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de linaza molida (opcional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sobre de stevia o monk fruit (opcional, al gusto)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gotas de vainilla natural<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En una olla peque\u00f1a, coloca la avena con el agua y la canela. Cocina a fuego medio hasta que comience a ablandarse (5 minutos)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregar la leche y mezcla constantemente hasta que espese (otros 5 minutos).
