Tambi\u00e9n puede afectar tu salud mental. \u00bfTe has sentido agotado, ansioso o sin ganas de hacer nada? No est\u00e1s solo. Reconocerlo es el primer paso para buscar ayuda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Habla con un profesional<\/strong>: psic\u00f3logos o psiquiatras con experiencia en enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas pueden ayudarte a manejar tus emociones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00danete a una comunidad<\/strong>: hablar con otras personas que viven lo mismo que t\u00fa puede darte consuelo, motivaci\u00f3n y consejos pr\u00e1cticos. Sentirte emocionalmente bien te ayuda a tener una mejor calidad de vida y a manejar tu condici\u00f3n de forma m\u00e1s efectiva.
