Es perfecta para personas con diabetes o quienes buscan controlar su peso, ya que es baja en grasas saturadas y rica en prote\u00ednas, fibra y antioxidantes. Prepararlo en casa permite evitar az\u00facares ocultos, exceso de sodio y harinas refinadas que suelen encontrarse en productos industrializados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, las hierbas frescas no solo aportan un gran sabor, sino que tambi\u00e9n tienen propiedades antiinflamatorias y digestivas.
