Perfecto para personas con diabetes o quienes prefieren evitar los az\u00facares a\u00f1adidos, sin sacrificar sabor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredientes (6 porciones):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Para la base:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>1\/2 taza de almendra molida (60 g)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2 cucharadas de mantequilla sin sal, derretida (30 g)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Para el relleno:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>150 g de queso crema bajo en grasa<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 taza de yogur griego natural sin az\u00facar (200 g)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2 huevos medianos<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1\/4 de taza de endulzante natural (eritritol, monk fruit o stevia)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Decoraci\u00f3n opcional:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rodajas de fresa o frutos rojos frescos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instrucciones<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Precalienta el horno:<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Configura el horno a 180 \u00b0C para que est\u00e9 listo mientras preparas el cheesecake.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prepara la base:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En un taz\u00f3n, mezcla la almendra molida con la mantequilla derretida hasta formar una masa arenosa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coloca la mezcla en el fondo de un molde desmontable (de 15 cm de di\u00e1metro), presionando para crear una base uniforme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hornea por 8 minutos y deja
