Incluimos los datos nutricionales por porci\u00f3n para que tomes decisiones informadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredientes (6 porciones)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>1 litro de agua<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2 ramas de canela (20 g)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>5 piezas de clavo de olor (2 g)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1\/2 taza de flor de jamaica (20 g)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 taza de tejocotes (150 g), partidos en mitades y sin semilla<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 taza de guayabas (120 g), partidas en cuartos<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 taza de manzana verde (150 g), en trozos medianos<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1\/2 taza de ciruelas pasas (60 g), picadas (opcional)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1\/2 taza de tamarindo pelado (50 g)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Endulzante natural al gusto<\/strong> (stevia, monk fruit o eritritol)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Instrucciones<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Hierve las especias:<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Hierve el agua junto con la canela, los clavos de olor y la flor de jamaica durante 10 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cocina las frutas m\u00e1s duras:<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Agrega los tejocotes, la ca\u00f1a y el tamarindo. Cocina a fuego medio por 15 minutos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>A\u00f1ade las frutas suaves:<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Agrega la guayaba, la manzana y las ciruelas (si decides incluirlas). Cocina por 10 minutos adicionales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Endulza al gusto:<\/strong><strong><br><\/strong>Retira del fuego y agrega el endulzante natural.
